Initial condition:

Following disassembly, a detailed inspection of all components was carried out.

Identified damage included:

• Pitting and micropitting on gear flanks
• Wear on bearing seats
• Local damage on load-bearing components

Damaged parts were either repaired or newly manufactured. In addition, bearing arrangements and fits were optimized to ensure stable long-term operation.
